戦後85年、家族の愛がつなぐ葉書：After 85 Years, Family Love Bridges the Past

The military postcard addressed to Mr. Noriyuki Fukuda, requested for return by the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum in Oregon, has been successfully delivered to his family (his niece) in Kumamoto Prefecture after 85 years.
This postcard contains the heartfelt messages of a younger brother to his elder brother, serving as a precious record from just after Japan’s defeat in World War II, expressing wishes for his brother’s safety and swift return.
Although Mr. Fukuda was unfortunately unable to return after the war, through the return of such personal artifacts, we hope to learn from the past and convey meaningful messages to future generations.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who assisted and supported our efforts.
弟から兄へ綴られた家族の想いが凝縮されハガキ
オレゴン州にあるエバーグリーン航空宇宙博物館から返還のご依頼をいただいた、福田則之様宛の軍事郵便ハガキが、85年の時を経て、熊本県にお住まいのご遺族（姪）のもとへ無事届けられました。
このハガキには、弟から兄へ綴られた家族の想いが凝縮されており、日本が敗戦した直後、兄の無事と一日も早い帰還を願う貴重な記録となっています。
残念ながら戦後、福田則之様は帰還されませんでしたが、私たちはこうした遺品の返還を通して、過去から学び、次世代へ大切なメッセージを伝えていきたいと願っております。
